    • Our system is constantly monitored via AWS scanning tools. This includes scanning for any new vulnerabilities and unauthorized access.

    • We have centralized tracking and auditing of access to our underlying infrastructure through AWS.

    We have 24/7 alerting built into our centralized logging system.

    Data Location / Access

    • The data is stored on AWS in our virtual private network located in Ireland.

    • Access to the database is blocked by multiple firewalls and private subnets and credentials. It is also constantly scanned and logged for access.

    Encryption Of Data

    • All data is encrypted at rest. Data stored at rest and the underlying storage is encrypted, as are its automated backups, read replicas, and snapshots.

    Encryption uses the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm to encrypt your data.

    • All transfer of data within our private VPC happens within private subnets wrapped in firewalls. All other data transfer is encrypted in transit.

  • Yes! Most of our customers opt to pay by credit card. These payments are handled securely by Stripe.
